Hongyan Scenic Area, also known as the Red Rock Scenic Area, is located in the Yuzhong District of Chongqing. It covers an area of 15 square kilometers and is divided into several major scenic spots, including the Chongqing Red Rock Cultural大革命Memorial Hall, the Red Rock Cultural大革命Memorial Hall, the Red Rock Cultural大革命Memorial Hall, and the Red Rock Cultural大革命Memorial Hall.
The first stop on our tour is the Chongqing Red Rock Cultural大革命Memorial Hall, which is a national key cultural relics protection unit. It was here that the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC) led the national revolutionary struggle during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.
